Refund, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

We totally get it- life happens. At C.L.ean Care Solutions LLC, we respect your time- and ask for the same in return. To keep scheduling fair and organized for all clients, here's how our booking and refund policy works:

Deposits:

​

A deposit is required to secure your cleaning appointment:

​​

  • Standard Clean: $40 deposit

  • Deep Clean: $50 deposit

  • Move-Out Clean: $60 deposit

  • Event & Venue Cleaning: Deposit based on event size (quoted during assessment)

​

All deposits are applied to your final balance.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled at leave 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations: 

​

  • More than 24 hour notice:

       Deposit will be refunded or transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

​

  • Less than 24 hours notice or no-show/unable to access property:

       Deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook

​

If we arrive and cannot start due to access issues, pets not secured, ongoing event, or unsafe conditions, the job will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

​

 

 

Balance Payments

​

  • Remaining balance is due at the time of service (before cleaners leave).

  • Once services are completed, payments are final and non-refundable.

Quality Assurance Policy 

​

We complete every service using our Quality Assurance cleaning checklist to ensure consistency and care. Once service completion is confirmed in person or electronically, the cleaning is considered final and touch-ups will not be available.
