At C.L.ean Care Solutions LLC, we believe clear communication creates the best results. 

By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

 

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

We understand things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. ​

​

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.

​

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of any deposit or may require a new deposit to reschedule.

​

  • Missed appointments without notice are considered a same-day cancellation and are non-refundable.

​

We value your time and ours, and these policies help us manage our schedule and provide the best service possible.

​

 

2. Payments

​

A deposit is required to secure your cleaning appointment:

​

  • Standard Clean- $40

  • Deep Clean- $50

  • Move-Out Clean- $60

  • Event & Venue Cleaning- Deposit based on event size (quoted during assessment)

​

All deposits are applied toward your final balance and are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

 

The remaining balance is due immediately after services are completed.

 

We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other contactless payment methods through Square.

3. Access and Preparation

​

  • Please ensure we have safe entry to your home or office at your scheduled time.

​

  • Areas to be cleaned must be free of clutter, personal items, and hazards.

​

  • If we are unable to access the property, the appointment will be treated as a same day cancellation and will not be refunded.​​

​

 

4. Quality Assurance

​

​We complete every service using our quality assurance cleaning checklist to ensure consistency and care. Once the service completion is confirmed in person or electronically, the cleaning is considered final and touch-ups will not be accommodated. 

​

 

5. Liability & Safety

  • We use professional-grade cleaning products and take every precaution to avoid damage.

​

  • We are licensed, insured, and bonded. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that were not secured prior to cleaning.

​

  • Clients are responsible for moving or securing fragile, high value, or sentimental items prior to service. For safety reasons to avoid damage to appliance, furniture or floors we will not move appliances to clean (if you would like these areas cleaned please pull out or move your appliances).

6. Pets and Children

​

  • For safety reasons, we ask that pets are secured and children remain out of the cleaning areas during service. 

​

 

7. Photos & Media

​

  • C.L.ean Care Solutions may take before-and-after photos of areas serviced for quality assurance and internal training purposes.

​

  • Photos are stored securely and will not include identifiable personal information, images of residents, guests, pets, personal items, valuables, or private areas unrelated to the cleaning.

​

  • Images will never be shared publicly without written permission.

​

  • Consent: By scheduling services with C.L.ean Care Solutions LLC, you acknowledged consent to the limited use of before and after photos strictly for the purposes listed above.

 

 

Disclaimer

While C.L.ean Care Solutions LLC takes great care to provide safe and reliable service, we are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, natural wear and tear, or circumstances beyond our control. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any special instructions, delicate items, or restricted areas prior to service.
